GGC Estate Scholarship Program
Junior Scholarship Program
Encouraging children within the residential estate to embark or continue their golfing journey, Geelong Golf Club is proud to commence a junior scholarship program for children living in the estate.
Under the tutelage of a PGA professional, scholarship holders will have the opportunity to:
- Advance their skills through ongoing coaching (1 per month).
- Obtain a handicap and work towards playing golf competitions.
- Access the golf course (subject to availability).
- Range access (provided balls are picked up post session under Pro Shop supervision).
- Form lifelong golfing friendships with other children and members.
While many participants will go on to enjoy golf socially, there may be opportunities to identify the next generation of future athletes or teaching professionals.
